We are happy to start the new year 2023 with great resolutions .

In 2023, we will go even further in our responsible production commitments . We already produce our entire collection in Portugal, all our partner workshops are certified with the Oeko Tex Standard 100 label, our double cotton gauze is woven in Portugal, our fabrics are dyed and printed with AZO free inks in Portugal and All our accessories are made from organic cotton . We are pleased to announce our switch to organic cotton for all cotton percale for the first quarter of 2023. Our goal is to create the most beautiful organic cotton products, soft for our customers and for our planet.

Organic cotton, an eco-responsible alternative

Organic cotton is naturally strong and soft, and it is grown from organic plantations that use no fertilizers or chemical treatments.

Compared to traditional cotton, organic cotton consumes 40% to 91% less water. This reduction is achieved by various factors, including a thicker layer of topsoil used for its cultivation. Topsoil can retain moisture better and does not dry out as quickly. Additionally, organic cotton cultivation does not use genetically modified plants, which on average require more water to grow.

More equitable, natural and healthy, organic cotton has many advantages, an alternative that deserves to preserve the environment.
