Flamed cotton: Slub cotton is a distinctive fabric, recognizable by its subtle irregularities that give it a natural texture. Comfortable and soft, it is made from yarns with varying thicknesses, which gives it a mottled effect and a visually vibrant look. The linen and cotton blend: A blend of certified European linen and GOTS organic cotton, this fabric combines the breathable and thermoregulating properties of linen with the softness of cotton. This fabric is both supple and durable, offering a slightly textured texture. It is ideal for our kitchen linen, with its natural look and pleasant feel.

Where and how are our products made?

The French brand, based in Lyon, has its fabrics manufactured, printed or dyed and its collections made with care and in therespect for the environmentnear Porto, atPortugal, a region rich in a great textile tradition. This choice of local production is essential for the designer Elsa Garaix, allowing her to regularly visit the artisans with whom she collaborates, and to offer products that have not traveled the world before arriving at your home.

What are the delivery times?

All orders are shipped within 24h to 48 hours (except annual closures). It will take 3 to 5 working days depending on the carrier chosen in France. Up to 10 days abroad.

My products don't suit me, what should I do?

Once you have received your package, if the products do not suit you, it is possible to request abackat the following address:hello@lespensionnaires.fr. This will be refunded to you as soon as we have received your return. Important! The product must beunusedand have hisoriginal label. For theexchanges, the process is the same as for returns; you just need to place a new order.
