We deliver Les Pensionnaires products in France (excluding overseas territories) and to the following European countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain (excluding specific territories), Estonia, United States, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (excluding specific territories), Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Sweden, and Switzerland.
We can ship to other countries upon request — please contact us!

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding annual closures).
Delivery times are estimated at 3 to 5 business days in France, depending on the carrier selected, and up to 10 days for international deliveries.

France:

• La Poste Colissimo (home delivery without signature): €5.90, free for orders over €150

• Mondial Relay (pickup point or lockers): €3.90 for orders under €80. Free delivery from €80

• Express Home Delivery (Chronopost 18 – next-day delivery for all orders placed before 12:00 p.m., excluding weekends): €9.90

Belgium / Luxembourg:

• Mondial Relay (pickup point or lockers): €4.90 for orders under €80. Free delivery from €80

• Chronopost Classic (home delivery): €9.90

Germany:

• Mondial Relay (pickup point or lockers): €6.90

• Chronopost Classic (home delivery): €9.90

Netherlands:

• Mondial Relay (pickup point or lockers): €8.90

• Chronopost Classic (home delivery): €10.90

Italy:

DELIVERY OPTIONS

In France

For all orders in France, we offer three delivery options — the choice is yours!
La Poste Colissimo (home delivery), Mondial Relay (delivery to pickup points or lockers), or Chronopost 13 (express home delivery).

> La Poste Colissimo Home Delivery or Chronopost 13 Express Home Delivery

You choose the delivery address. Your parcel will be handed to you directly or delivered to your mailbox.
If the parcel does not fit in the mailbox or if you are absent at the time of delivery, it will be made available at your local post office. A delivery notice will be left in your mailbox, allowing you to collect your parcel at the indicated location and within the specified timeframe.
You will be notified by email 24 hours before delivery.

The indicative delivery time provided by La Poste Colissimo is 2 business days. For Chronopost 13, the indicative delivery time is 24 hours.

If an order includes several products, the longest delivery time indicated for one of the products will apply to the entire order.
The delivery times we indicate are those generally observed by the carrier. They are added to the product availability time and the processing and preparation time of the order. No refund of shipping fees will be issued in the event of delivery delays beyond the indicated timeframes.

> Mondial Relay

With a network of over 12,000 pickup points and 7,000 lockers in France, Mondial Relay is a simple and cost-effective solution for collecting your parcels.
Convenience stores, newsagents, dry cleaners, florists… pickup points are local retailers, and the network is very dense — you’ll easily find one near you.

To use Mondial Relay, simply select Mondial Relay – Pickup Point delivery when placing your order, then choose your preferred pickup point from the available options.

The indicative delivery time provided by Mondial Relay is 2–5 business days.
Your parcel will be available for collection for 5 days at pickup points and lockers. After this period, it will be returned to the sender.

In other European countries we ship to

> Chronopost International

The indicative delivery time provided by Chronopost is D+3 to up to 10 days within Europe.
The delivery times we indicate are those generally observed by the carrier and are added to the product availability and order processing times. No refund of shipping fees will be issued in the event of delivery delays beyond the indicated timeframes.

> Mondial Relay

With a network of over 15,000 pickup points in certain European countries, Mondial Relay is a simple and cost-effective solution for collecting your parcels.

To ensure delivery times are respected, please make sure you provide accurate and complete delivery address details.
Please note that deliveries cannot be made to campsites, hotels, PO boxes, or poste restante addresses.
