• Double cotton gauze does not wrinkle like other cotton fabrics, thanks to its naturally waffle texture. It is made of two layers of cotton gauze bonded together, and has a slightly wrinkled appearance that is part of its charm and casual style. Therefore, this fabric does not need to be ironed, as its wrinkled look is generally appreciated and sought after.
• Organic cotton percale tends to wrinkle, like most natural cotton fabrics. This is due to the structure of the cotton fibers, which lack elasticity. However, its tight weave gives it a smooth and fresh appearance, and some people appreciate this slightly wrinkled effect that gives an authentic and natural look to household linen. To reduce wrinkles, it is recommended to shake the linen well before drying it and, if necessary, iron it lightly.

The Les Pensionnaires fitted sheets are suitable for mattresses up to 30 cm thick.

All fitted sheets are 200 cm long, fitting perfectly on mattresses of this length. However, they will not be "tight" on mattresses of 90 x 190 cm and 140 x 190 cm.

Cotton percale is a very high quality canvas because it is made with very fine threads, made from very long fibers. It is very tightly woven (at least 80 threads per cm2) which allows it to be both fine and resistant.

Cotton gauze is a light and airy fabric, extremely soft and pleasant to the touch. Double gauze is made up of two layers of gauze linked together by invisible stitches at regular intervals.

Slub cotton is a unique fabric, characterized by its subtle irregularities that create a natural texture effect. Soft and comfortable, it is made from yarns with variations in thickness, which gives it this slightly mottled and visually dynamic appearance.

Oeko-Tex certified heavy organic cotton canvas is a high-quality fabric made from organic cotton. This fabric is particularly robust and durable thanks to its thickness, making it ideal for accessories such as bags, pouches or pencil cases.

The Oeko-Tex certification guarantees that the canvas has been tested to ensure that it does not contain substances harmful to health or the environment, throughout its manufacture. This makes it both an ecological choice and respectful of your well-being.

• Cotton percale:

Lightweight fabric, woven very tightly with fine threads, which gives it a soft, smooth and resistant texture. Ideal for those who like a fresh and clean touch, perfect for our bed linen. It is also durable and does not wrinkle excessively.

• Double cotton gauze:

Airy fabric, composed of two layers of slightly waffled cotton gauze, which makes it particularly soft and breathable. It has a naturally wrinkled appearance, which avoids having to iron it. It combines comfort and lightness with our bed linen.

• Organic cotton canvas:

Our cotton canvas is a very thick, robust and resistant canvas, while being environmentally friendly thanks to its cotton from organic farming. This fabric allows us to manufacture sustainable and eco-responsible products. It has a soft texture to the touch.

• Flamed cotton:

Slub cotton is a distinctive fabric, recognizable by its subtle irregularities that give it a natural texture. Comfortable and soft, it is made from yarns with varying thicknesses, which gives it a mottled effect and a visually vibrant look.

• The linen and cotton blend:

A blend of certified European linen and GOTS organic cotton, this fabric combines the breathable and thermoregulating properties of linen with the softness of cotton. This fabric is both supple and durable, offering a slightly textured feel.

The AZO-free label certifies that the dyes used for printing the Les Residents designs are free of heavy metals and dangerous chemicals. The risks for the environment in the country of production are therefore limited and contact with the skin poses no danger to health.

The partners with whom The residents collaborate comply with the European REACH regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of CHemical substances), which means that they only use substances without risk to health and the environment.

We advise you to wash your duvet cover cold before first use.

Refer to the label:

Wash your duvet cover at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees.
If you tumble dry your duvet cover, use a low temperature, in a drum that is not too full.
Do not use bleach.
Iron your duvet cover on a low heat.
Do not dry clean your duvet cover, this will damage the colors.

Wash your duvet cover inside out, the colors will be better preserved.
We do not recommend leaving your laundry in humidity for a prolonged period; hang it up as soon as possible at the end of the wash cycle.

In France :

• Delivery is free with the Mondial Relay carrier from 80€ of purchase.
• Delivery is capped at €5.90 with the carrier La Poste Colissimo

In Europe:

The delivery price depends on your delivery country.

All orders are shipped within 72 hours (except annual closures). It will take 3 to 5 working days depending on the carrier chosen in France. Up to 10 days abroad.

Customized products require additional manufacturing time and are shipped within 7 days. Our non-customized products are shipped within 48 hours.

Residents deliver to mainland France and abroad: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Sweden and Switzerland .

Don't panic! It is possible to change the delivery address until your order is processed. Send an email to the following address bonjour@lespensionnaires.fr , we will confirm that the change has been taken into account... and of course we will also tell you if this was not possible depending on the progress of the order processing.

If your package has been returned to sender, your order will be refunded automatically. All you need to do is place a new order!

You have different time limits to collect your package depending on the delivery method:

• Locker Relay Point : You have 5 days to collect your package once it has been delivered.
• Relay Point : The delivery time is 8 days from delivery to the relay point.
• Colissimo : You have up to 15 days to collect your package after receiving a delivery notice.

Be sure to keep an eye on your notifications so you don't miss the deadline!

Once your package has been received, if the products do not suit you, it is possible to make a return request to the following address: bonjour@lespensionnaires.fr . This will be refunded to you as soon as we have received your return. Important! The product must be unused and have its original label . For exchanges , the process is identical to that of returns; you just need to place a new order.

Any return request must be made within 14 days of delivery to the address: bonjour@lespensionnaires.fr. Returns are free in mainland France (excluding discounted products).

It is possible to modify your order (sizes, colors, delivery address/relay point) or cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed , by contacting us at the following address: bonjour@lespensionnaires.fr . We will confirm that the modification has been taken into account... and of course also tell you if this was not possible depending on the progress of the order processing.

No, personalized products are unique, no returns will be accepted.

To make a return, the product must be unused and have its original label . Returns are free in metropolitan France, with the exception of promotional products in the Archive category. We will refund you upon receipt of your package in good condition, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Please note that it takes about ten days before you see the refund arrive on your account.

All orders are prepared with care, wrapped in tissue paper and closed with a golden sticker.

If you order an item on pre-order, it will be sent as soon as it is back in stock. For orders with several items including one (or more) in pre-order, the order will be sent as soon as it is back in stock.

All our fabrics are made of 100% natural fibers , including 70% GOTS certified organic cotton. The inks used are AZO-free, without heavy metals and harmful chemicals.

We do not follow a collection system, because our product range is timeless, which allows us not to encourage overconsumption . No "fast fashion" "fast deco" at Les pensionnaires!
