We deliver Les pensionnaires products to France (excluding overseas territories) and the following European countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain (excluding specific territories), Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Countries- Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (excluding specific territories), Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Sweden and Switzerland.

PRICE
The delivery price depends on the value of your order and the country of delivery.
In France :
- The delivery price is capped at €5.90, with the carrier La Poste Colissimo.
- Delivery is free with the carrier Mondial Relay.
In Europe :
The price of delivery varies depending on the country, it will be evaluated when indicating your delivery address.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
In France
For any order in France, we offer you two options, you choose! La Poste Colissimo (home delivery) or Mondial Relay (delivery to Relay Points, to merchants).
> With La Poste Colissimo Domicile
You choose the delivery address. Your package will be delivered to you personally or delivered to your mailbox. If its size does not allow delivery to a letterbox or if you are absent at the time of delivery, it will be made available to you in the post office to which you are attached. The delivery person will leave a delivery notice in the mailbox, which will allow you to collect the package from the location and during the time indicated. You will be informed by email 24 hours before your package is delivered.
The indicative deadline communicated by La Poste Colissimo is 2 working days.
In the case of an order comprising several products, the longest lead time indicated for one of the products is applied to the entire order. The delivery times that we indicate are those generally observed by the carrier. They are in addition to the product availability time and the shipping time linked to the processing and preparation of the order. No refund of shipping costs will be made in the event of delivery taking longer than those indicated.
> With Mondial Relay
With a network of more than 12,000 Relay Points in France, Mondial Relay is a simple and economical solution for collecting your packages.
Convenience stores, newsagents, dry cleaners, florists, etc.: Relay Points are local retailers. The network is very dense: you will find a Relay Point near you.
To use the Relay Points network, it's simple: when you order, simply choose the Mondial Relay – Relay Points delivery method. Then, you choose from the Relay Point proposals the one where you want to be delivered.
The indicative deadline communicated by Mondial Relay is 2-5 working days. Your package will remain available for 8 days at your Point Relay, after this time the package will be returned to the sender.
In other European countries that we deliver
The carrier Mondial Relay (delivery in Europe - home) and FedEx (United Kingdom and Switzerland) will be in charge of your delivery.
The indicative deadline communicated by Mondial Relay is D+3 or 8 for Europe.
