PRICE
The delivery price depends on the value of your order and the country of delivery.
In France :
- La Poste Colissimo without signature €5.90
- Mondial Relay in relay point or Lockers 3.90€ for all orders below 80.00€. Free delivery from 80.00€ of purchase.
In Europe:
The delivery price varies by country, it will be assessed when indicating your delivery address. The carrier is Chronopost.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
In France
For any order in France, we offer you two options, you choose! La Poste Colissimo (home delivery) or Mondial Relay (delivery to Relay Points, retailers or Lockers).
> With La Poste Colissimo Domicile
You choose the delivery address. Your package will be delivered to you in person or delivered to your mailbox. If its size does not allow it to be delivered to a mailbox or if you are absent at the time of delivery, it will be made available to you at the post office to which you are attached. The delivery person will leave a calling card in the mailbox, which will allow you to collect the package at the location and during the time indicated. You will be informed by email 24 hours before the delivery of your package.
The indicative delivery time communicated by La Poste Colissimo is 2 working days.
In the case of an order comprising several products, the longest delivery time indicated for one of the products is applied to the entire order. The delivery times that we indicate are those generally observed by the carrier. They are added to the product availability time and the shipping time linked to the processing and preparation of the order. No refund of shipping costs will be made in the event of delivery within a longer period than those indicated.
> With Mondial Relay
With a network of more than 12,000 Relay Points and 6,000 Lockers in France, Mondial Relay is a simple and economical solution for collecting your parcels.
Mini-markets, newsagents, dry cleaners, florists, etc.: Relay Points are local businesses. The network is very dense: you will find a Relay Point near you.
To use the Relay Point network, it's simple: when you order, you just need to choose the Mondial Relay – Relay Points delivery method. Then, you choose from the Relay Points offers the one where you want to have your delivery.
The indicative delivery time communicated by Mondial Relay is 2-5 working days. Your package will remain available for 8 days at your relay point and 5 days at the Lockers, after this period the package will be returned to the sender.
In other European countries we deliver
The carrier Chronopost International will be responsible for your delivery.
The indicative delivery time communicated by Chronopost is D+3 or 8 for Europe.
The delivery times we indicate are those generally observed by the carrier. No refund of shipping costs will be made in the event of delivery within a longer period than those indicated.
