Description

Gingham edredon , also called quilt or end of bed , this pretty light and fluffy blanket will bring you warmth, comfort and softness.

A beautiful cozy piece that will bring a cocooning touch to your interior, end of bed quilt but also sofa quilt.

Its gingham patterned fabric is made of linen (47%) and cotton (53%), it is specially woven for Les pensionnaires in Portugal.

A matching satin finish runs all around the edge of the comforter.

You will of course find the little golden embroidery “signature” of Les pensionnaires.

Care instructions

Cold wash recommended before first use
Then wash between 30°C and 40°C with moderate spin 800 rpm
Air dry or tumble dry low to preserve fibers
Abrasive detergents with bleaching agents should be avoided
Iron with a soft iron 150°C maximum

Cotton percale is a very high quality fabric, as it is made from very fine yarns from very long fibers. It is woven very tightly (at least 80 threads per cm2), making it both fine and resistant.

What is double cotton gauze?

Cotton gauze is a light, airy fabric, extremely soft and pleasant to the touch. Double gauze is made up of two layers of gauze bound together by invisible stitches at regular intervals.

What's the right thing to do before first use?

We advise you to wash your comforter cover cold before using it for the first time.

What's our advice?

Wash your comforter cover inside out, to preserve the colors, and don't leave it in the Les pensionnaires inks are AZO-free, what does that mean?damp for too long: hang it up as soon as possible at the end of the wash cycle.

The AZO-free label certifies that the dyes used to print Les pensionnaires patterns are free of heavy metals and hazardous chemicals. The risks to the environment in the country of production are therefore limited, and contact with the skin is harmless to health.
